Bulma is the tritagonist of Dragon Ball.
She was voiced by the late Hiromi Tsuru and Aya Hisakawa in Japanese, and by Wendee Lee in DBS in Harmony Gold dub, Lalainia Lindbjerg in DB, Maggie Blue O'Hara in DBZ Seasons 4-8 and France Perras in DBZ Seasons 8-9 in the Ocean Group dubs, Leslie Alexander in DB movie, Tiffany Vollmer in DBZ and Monica Rial in DBZ Kai in the Funimation dub, Leda Davies in DB and Kristin Nowosad in DBGT in Blue Water dub, Sharon Mann in AB Groupe dub and Mitch Frankenberger Pellicer in Creative Products Corporation dub in the English dub.

- Wears Bright Colors: Although she changes her clothing often, Bulma has been consistently shown to worn bright-colored clothing.
- Long Hair: While she has braided or cut her hair at times, it is mostly long.
- Unnatural Hair Color: Cyan.
- Is a Crybaby: While its not a prominent trait and she has matured as the series continued, Bulma has a tendency to cry when things go downhill in the first arc.
