Cream the Rabbit is a supporting character in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. She is a rabbit who can use her ears to fly and is kind and polite, yet childish and naive. She is voiced by Sayaka Aoki in Japanese, and in the English version, she was first voiced by Sarah Wulfeck in Sonic Heroes, then Rebecca Honig between 2005 and 2010, and is currently voiced by Michelle Ruff since Sonic Generations.
What Makes Her a Shojo Heroine?[]
- Heroic/Honorable: Not only did she want to save her mother in Sonic Advance 2, and Chocola and Froggy in Sonic Heroes, but also played a huge part in curing the Metal Virus by stopping Whisper from killing Eggman, which meant Eggman could devise a plan to cure the Metal Virus, despite, of course, still going back to his old ways afterwards and even pushing Amy into Zombot Big. Also, with less resources than Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Rouge, she helped those 5 stop Eggman from achieving world domination, and we all know how bad it would be if he took over the world.
- Kind/Gentle: Always kind towards others, even her enemies. Proven when she wasn't willing to let Whisper kill Eggman, and will be polite to everyone she meets by calling them by their honorifics first.
- Compassionate: Shows compassion towards others, proven when she stopped Gemerl from attacking the Zombots, because they were regular people forced to do evil things.
- Naive: Is considered naive by the Sonic Heroes manual.
- Optimistic: Has a positive outlook on life, and is often seen with a smile on her face.
- Believes in the Power of Friendship: Is the main reason why Blaze became more friendly.
- Has A Sweet Tooth: Her idle animation in Sonic Advance 2 has her eat ice cream.
- Wears Bright Colors: Cream-colored fur and has a light blue ribbon.
- Is A Crybaby: Can cry over smaller things.
- Pacifistic: The most obvious out of all bonus traits and is known to detest violence.
