Yellow, also known as Amarillo del Bosque Verde, is a main character of Pokémon Adventures.
What Makes Her a Shojo Heroine?[]
- Heroic/Honorable: Yellow is willing to start her adventure to find the missing Red. Yellow is present in the battle on Cerise Island where she fights against Lance.
- Kind/Gentle: Yellow has developed a style of battle which avoids hurting her Pokémon or her opponents' Pokémon as she dislikes Pokémon being injured. She only hurts Pokémon when it is absolutely necessary.
- Compassionate: Yellow is compassionate to Pokémon, especially with the supernatural ability to read the emotions of Pokémon.
- Naive/Absent-Minded: Yellow is constantly shown her naive side outside the Pokémon battle.
- Possesses Plot Armor: Yellow is petrified in FireRed & LeafGreen arc and the petrifaction is later reversed thanks to Emerald's wish and Jirachi's power in Emerald arc.
- Long-Hair: Yellow has a long-hair, though her hair is hid inside her hat when she is disguised as a boy.
